Macintosh Support

Unless you’re a DIY type of person, you probably have a car mechanic, a plumber, an electrician, landscapers, etc. We aim to be your Macintosh and internet support people! For over 20 years we’ve been responsible for purchasing, deploying, installing, configuring, upgrading, and debugging 1000’s of Macintosh computers. We’ve written what we think is the most important DIY best practices, but if you don’t want to bother learning these things, that’s why we’re here.

We can do the following for Mac hardware and software.

  • Purchase
  • Deploy
  • Install
  • Customize
  • Upgrade
  • Debug

What don’t we do? Well, we don’t do hardware repairs. That’s about it. Ok, we don’t really do Windows either. Honestly, ok, we’ve done both of those. But we make no promises if it’s a hardware repair or Windows problem. We may have to refer you to the Apple Store or to someone else.

  • Hardware Repairs
  • Windows

Website Support

We’ve been making webpages since 1995. Back then the websites were for fun. Now, we specialize in individual or small business websites. Because we make small websites, we’ve figured out how to utilize several free products to make the whole thing inexpensive.

Besides small webpages, we’ve also written several full stack web apps. We’ve most recently used Angular, Laravel, Jekyll, WordPress, and MODx.

  • Websites for individual (artists, musicians, authors, etc.).
  • Websites for small to medium businesses.
  • Full stack webapps.

Graphic and Logo Design

Amongst our team is an artist with fine graphic design skills. You know you’ve found a graphic artist when he shows you a color swatch and tells you how beautiful the colors are and that he spent an entire day making it. He knows Illustrator in and out.

  • Custom art.
  • Logos.
  • Anything that requires Photoshop or Illustrator.

Oh, and yes, we are keeping up with AI (one of us even contributed a little to Stable Diffusion when it first came out).

Other

Computers are our hobbies and we are kind of obsessed. There is actually a lot we can do, but we aren’t really emphasizing it. Here’s a list of other things we can do, just in case.

  • Jamf or Ansible administration.
  • Automation and custom scripts (BASH, Perl, Python, PHP, Ruby, Lua, etc).
  • Simple macOS or iOS application development (Objective-C/Swift).
  • Linux/Docker servers, including web, email, file, DHCP, and more.
  • Network switches (the other IOS).
  • Video editing.

In reality, some of us are just good at learning things really fast. That’s why this list is all over the place. Pretty soon we’re going to add AI to the list.
